Fico is looking beyond Puglia for its new collaboration series, Fico & Friends, which opens with a visit from one of Rome’s most recognisable restaurant families. On 14 and 15 October, Gabriele Giura and Maddalena Aluigi of Roscioli join Fico chef-partner Mirko Febbrile and his team for two dinners bringing the cooking of Rome and Puglia to the same table. Roscioli began as a family bakery in 1972
